Designated Provider Report of Continuing Education Offering Form
This form provides a record of each upcoming continuing education session sponsored by Designated Providers and offered to Mississippi Social Workers. Designated Providers should complete the form and submit it to the Board at least thirty (30) days prior to the session so that information can be posted on the BOE website.
Application for Pre-Approval of Social Work Continuing Education Program Credit
Application for prior approval of workshops, staff development, individual activity, self directed learning projects, or other categories requiring prior approval must be made to the Board in writing using the Application for Continuing Education Program Pre-Approval Form. The Social Work Continuing Education Committee (SWCEC) must review all continuing education activities for approval, except for those of the designated providers. All applications for review should be received by the Board Office by the 10th of the month prior to the month in which the event will be held. Retroactive approvals will not be considered by SWCEC after any provider offering.
